Your Role As a Strategy & Business Development Manager in our Operations team, you own one of the most business-critical moments in FINN’s model: what happens when a car subscription ends. Every car that comes back from a customer needs to be inspected, settled with the customer and prepared for its next life, whether that’s resale or return to the manufacturer. All of this should happen quickly, cost-efficiently and with a great customer experience. You’ll build the strategy and processes for this area as FINN scales, working directly with operations, finance and external partners. It’s an entrepreneurial role with direct impact on our P&L, ideal if you love solving complex business problems hands-on.
